So today we are talking about the game which is played by every age group, this game has become a sensation in less than 2 years yes I'm talking about PUBG. This game is loved by everyone and people are getting addicted to it which is kinda becoming a problem for kids as well as parents. Addiction can be managed also and at the same point of life you can score good marks and play PUBG only if you play in a limit.
PUBG (Playerunknown's Battlegrounds) was launched first on PC and Xbox One on 23rd March 2017 and from the beginning, this game is loved by everyone. it is an online multiplayer battle royale & can be played in both TPP (Third Person Perspective) and FPP (First Person Perspective). It has realistic graphics and gameplay which makes it attractive and fun to play. Gameplay mechanics are also enjoyable. It holds the Steam record for the most concurrent players with 3,236,027 people playing at the same time. It became the first battle royale game which made the battle royale genre popular and more games were made by other developers later like Fortnite, Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 (Blackout), H1Z1, Apex Legends, Realm Royale etc. It beat the record of concurrent players of games like Dota 2 and CSGO. The company earned a lot of profit from it. Then later came PUBG Mobile which became a game changer for mobile gaming. Never ever any game on mobile became popular than this. It was played limitlessly, Kids were playing this game so much they ruined their school result. Everybody doesn't have a PC or Console but everybody does have a mobile where they can game on.
Recently, it got banned by the Gujarat Government and anybody playing the game outside on the streets can face consequences like police investigation etc. A kid stole 50,000 INR from his father's bank account to buy skins from PUBG. We've heard these types of news a lot now and it's personally not the game's fault and they should stop blaming it so much. Now Tencent has put a time limit on the game that when you'll play it for more than 6 hours you'll automatically get a notification where you can't continue the game and it'll tell you to come back tomorrow. After releasing on every platform, Bluehole released PUBG for PlayStation 4 on December 7, 2018. The game was so unoptimized and unplayable on release that Sony never allowed Bluehole to release the game on their platform. But now it's perfectly playable on PlayStation 4. The sales on PS4 were not great as players have to pay for the game as well as PlayStation Plus Membership which is required to play multiplayer games on PS4. On the other hand, so many free to play games are available and optimized well. While Fortnite is popular in western countries, PUBG is more popular in countries like India and China.
