They introduced a new character "Mono" who will join Six later in the game. Seems like it will follow Six's escape at the end of the first game.
There's a new combat system that they've introduced and in the trailer, we saw Mono and Six up against a hunter and sadistic teachers.
Trailer footage shown during the live Gamescom stream shows the characters exploring the outside world and then entering a signal tower.
The game is set to be released in 2020 on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

It is a puzzle-platformer horror adventure indie game developed by Tarsier Studios and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
Plot
A hungry little child dressed in a yellow raincoat named six is trapped in a Maw. Six saw a dream of a Lady who was looking at her then she woke up in a Maw. The Maw was full of ugly looking creatures who catches children trying to run and Six decided to escape it.
Review
The game received a lot of positive reviews regarding the story, graphics, sound, environment. What most of the people didn't like is the checkpoint system and short length of the game. The game has DLCs too which extends the length of the game. All the DLCs are 1 hour long. Little Nightmares got 8.8/10 from IGN, 8.5/10 from Polygon, 8/10 from GameSpot, 4/5 from Trusted Reviews, 78% from PC Gamer and 78% from Metacritic.
Our Opinion
One of our favourite indie games of all time. A true gem and a masterpiece.
